The quality and safety management (QSM-System) of SMB is structured in a process oriented way. Key and system maintaining processes are controlled within the company by precise process descriptions. All direct company internal measures are aimed at maximum customer satisfaction.
During handling of an order we apply efficient and direct supervision of the technical procedure, problem solving and solutions, flexibility, safe working conditions, strict compliance with agreed schedules and the maintenance of the highest quality standards.
SCC:2007
To make sure that all issues concerning safety, health and environmental protection meet the recognised specified standards the safety certificate for contractors, SCC, is applied.
SCC is an international standard safety, health and environmental protection management system for companies who carry out contract works on the client premises.
AD 2000-Data Sheet HP 0 / HP 100 R, TRD 201
Accreditation according to AD 2000 gives our customers the confirmation that pressure units are being properly made and tested according to pressure units guide line 97/23/EG, i.e., state-of-the art and according to acknowledged rules of technology.
EN ISO 3834-2
By applying continuous improvements through our quality system we retain our certification to EN ISO 3834-2 with regard to connection technological standards for pipes, vessels, steel constructions and machinery. Additionally this accreditation enables us to manufacture, under supervision of authorised welding supervisors (EWE), non-alloyed and austenitic steel types up to a wall thicknesses of 20 mm and diameters of up to 4,0 m using the following welding technologies:
• 111 Arc welding
• 135 Metal active gas welding
• 136 Metal active gas welding with cored wire electrode
• 141 Tungsten inert-gas welding
• 141 WIG orbital welding
• 311 Gas welding
Specialised company according to § 19 I WHG
As a specialist company certified to § 19 I WHG enables SMB to install, mount, repair and maintain heating oil plants for consumers, plants with inflammable liquids as well as plants for water contaminating liquids. This accreditation applies to pressure, storage and HBV vessels, sealing surfaces, collecting pans and pipe-work of steel.
ÖNORM M 7812 Part 1; § 14 Boiler Law
As a welding company we fully meet all the requirements of ÖNORM M 7812 part 1 for the application of pipe-work and plant construction and, with the quality class 1, we are qualified to build plants with special quality requirements and plants in accordance with § 14 boiler law.
